The DS1245YP-70IND is a 1MB nonvolatile SRAM from Lingto Electronic Limited, organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits. The device automatically protects data during power loss by switching on the lithium source and enabling write protection. It supports unlimited write cycles and operates with low power consumption, with read and write access times of 70 ns.
