The DS1245YP-70 is a 1,048,576-bit nonvolatile SRAM organized as 131,072 words by 8 bits, designed for applications requiring data retention without external power. It features a minimum data retention period of 10 years and automatically protects data during power loss by switching on an internal lithium energy source. The device supports unlimited write cycles and operates with low power consumption, offering read and write access times of 70 ns. This memory chip is available in a 34-pin PowerCap Module package, which allows for surface mounting and includes a replaceable lithium backup battery. The DS1245YP-70 operates within a full ¬±10% VCC range and is suitable for industrial temperature applications ranging from -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
