The DS1100Z-200 is a 5-tap silicon delay line designed for precise timing applications, providing fixed delays of 200ns. It operates at a supply voltage of 5V and is compatible with both TTL and CMOS logic levels. The device features five equally spaced taps, each capable of driving up to 10 74LS loads, ensuring reliable signal reproduction for both leading and trailing edges. The delay line is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package, which is suitable for surface-mount technology, thereby saving PCB space.
