The CA3127MZ is a five-transistor NPN array on a common monolithic substrate in a 16-lead SOIC package, designed for high-frequency applications from DC to 500MHz. Each transistor has a gain-bandwidth product exceeding 1GHz, a typical power gain of 30dB at 100MHz, and a noise figure of 3.5dB at 100MHz. The device operates from -55°C to 125°C and is RoHS compliant with Pb-free plus anneal finish.
