The AUIRF7669L2TR is an automotive-grade N-channel MOSFET designed for high-current applications such as motor drive and DC-DC conversion in ICE, HEV, and EV platforms. It is packaged in a DirectFET™ Isometric L8 surface-mount case with a footprint matching a DPak (TO-252AA) and a profile of 0.7 mm. The device has a drain-to-source voltage rating of 100 V, a continuous drain current of 114 A at 25°C silicon-limited, and operates at a junction temperature up to 175°C. It features low on-state resistance of 3.5 mΩ typical, dual-sided cooling capability, and repetitive avalanche ruggedness. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards. Moisture sensitivity level is MSL1.
