The ADV7520NKBBCZ-80 is a low power HDMI/DVI transmitter designed for portable applications, supporting HDMI v.1.3, DVI v.1.0, and HDCP 1.3. It operates at 80 MHz, accommodating all HDTV resolutions from 480i to 1080i and computer graphics up to XGA (1024 vó 768 @ 75 Hz). The device features a programmable 2-way color space converter and supports various video formats, including RGB and YCbCr. For audio, the ADV7520NKBBCZ-80 supports standard S/PDIF for stereo LPCM or compressed audio up to 192 kHz, as well as 8-channel uncompressed LPCM I¬=S audio. It integrates an on-chip microprocessor for HDCP operations and EDID reading, simplifying system design by eliminating the need for additional components.
