The new ABB Flexpicker, the IRB 360 Delta robot, is smarter than its predecessor, the IRB 340. In fact, the ABB IRB 360 robot has an increased payload, moves faster, and takes up less space. It is IP67K certified and easy to clean. This second generation Flexpicker robot has three models:
The standard IRB 360/1 with a 1130mm work envelope and 1kg payload.
The high payload IRB 360/3 with a standard reach, but 3kg payload capacity.
The compact IRB 360/800 with a condensed 800mm work envelope and 1kg payload.
All three IRB 360 models are available in wash down, cleanroom and stainless steel versions. The wash down robots are protected in keeping with Standard ISO class 7. The cleanroom and stainless steel cleanroom meet all ISO class 5 criteria.
