The µPA1820 is an N-channel MOSFET designed for switching applications, such as DC/DC converters and notebook computer power management, driven directly by a 2.5 V source. It is packaged in a Power TSSOP8 with dimensions of 3.15 mm × 4.4 mm. The device has a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 20 V, a continuous drain current of ±12 A, and a total power dissipation of 2.0 W when mounted on a ceramic substrate of 5000 mm² × 1.1 mm.
