The ISL9000IRJNZ is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 42¬µA when both outputs are active. The device is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1¬µF to 10¬µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mOc. Each output includes an individual Power-On-Reset (POR) function, with a fixed delay of approximately 2ms for the first output and an externally programmable delay for the second. The regulator boasts a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz and low output noise of 30¬µVRMS at 100¬µA for a 1.5V output. The ISL9000IRJNZ is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN format and operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. It is suitable for applications in portable devices such as PDAs, cell phones, and handheld medical instruments.
