Renesas Electronics Corporation Voltage Regulators - Linear ISL9000IRJNZ

The ISL9000IRJNZ is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 42µA when both outputs are active. The device is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1µF to 10µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mΩ. Each output includes an individual Power-On-Reset (POR) function, with a fixed delay of approximately 2ms for the first output and an externally programmable delay for the second. The regulator boasts a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz and low output noise of 30µVRMS at 100µA for a 1.5V output. The ISL9000IRJNZ is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN format and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It is suitable for applications in portable devices such as PDAs, cell phones, and handheld medical instruments.
