The ISL89160FBEBZ is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver with 6A peak output current, designed for applications such as synchronous rectifiers, switch-mode power supplies, and motor drives. It is packaged in an 8-lead EPSOIC with an exposed thermal pad, and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device features a 5.0V CMOS logic input threshold, non-inverting inputs, and a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 16V.
