The ISL69127IRAZ-T is a digital dual output PWM controller designed to meet Intel VR13 specifications. It features an advanced linear digital modulation scheme that includes zero latency synthetic current control, auto phase add/drop, and dual edge modulation for improved transient response. The controller operates at frequencies up to 1MHz, making it suitable for high-density designs. This product supports differential remote voltage sensing with a closed-loop system accuracy of ±0.5% across load, line, and temperature variations. It is compatible with the ISL99227 smart power stage and offers highly accurate current sensing for effective load line regulation and overcurrent protection. The ISL69127 incorporates comprehensive fault management features, including pulse-by-pulse phase current limiting and various protection mechanisms for output and input overvoltage/undervoltage. Configuration and telemetry monitoring are facilitated through the PowerNavigator software, and the device is compliant with SMBus/PMBus v1.3 standards.
