The ISL6610A is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver optimized for high-efficiency voltage regulators, driving two independent power channels in a synchronous-buck topology. It is biased by a single 5V supply and features adaptive shoot-through protection, a low forward drop internal bootstrap diode, and 4A sink current for the lower gate driver. The ISL6610ACBZ variant is housed in a 14-lead SOIC package with a typical operating temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. It is RoHS compliant and designed for applications including core voltage supplies for Intel® and AMD® microprocessors and high-frequency DC/DC converters.
