The ISL6605CR is a synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed to control two N-Channel power MOSFETs in a buck converter topology, suitable for high-frequency, high-efficiency core voltage regulation in microprocessor power systems. It is packaged in an 8-lead 3x3 mm QFN format with an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation. The device operates from a 5V supply with a bias current of 30 μA typical and features adaptive shoot-through protection, a 4A sink current capability for the low-side driver, and an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. It supports a three-state PWM input for safe power stage shutdown and is rated for operation from 0°C to 70°C. The package is compliant to JEDEC MO-220 QFN standards and is Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
