The ISL62391CHRTZ-T is a high-efficiency power supply controller designed for notebook computers and similar battery-powered devices. It features two pulse-width modulation (PWM) controllers that can generate adjustable output voltages ranging from 0.6V to 5.5V, along with a fixed 3.3V linear regulator capable of delivering up to 100mA. The device incorporates on-board power-up sequencing, a power-good output, and digital soft-start functionality, which enhances system reliability during power transitions. This controller utilizes a patented R3 PWM control scheme for low jitter and fast transient response, making it suitable for applications requiring quick load adjustments.
