The ISL61862GCRZ-T is a hot swap controller designed for USB power management applications. It operates within a voltage range of +2.5V to +5V and features an integrated 45mΩ P-channel MOSFET power switch. This device supports continuous output current levels of 3A and includes internal current monitoring, accurate current limiting, and a current-limited delay to turn off, providing protection for system supplies.
