The ISL61861BCBZ is a USB power controller designed for overcurrent protection in USB ports. It operates within a voltage range of +2.5V to +5V and features a 45mOc P-channel MOSFET power switch. The device is thermally insensitive with a current limiting response time of 12ms prior to turn-off, ensuring system protection.
