The ISL6144IR is a high voltage ORing MOSFET controller in a 20-lead 5mm x 5mm QFN package, designed to replace ORing diodes in redundant power distribution systems operating from 9V to 75V. It features an internal charge pump to drive N-channel MOSFETs, a high-speed comparator with <300ns response time for dead-short protection, and a hysteretic regulating amplifier for slow turn-off in under 100µs. The device includes an open-drain active-low FAULT output with 120µs delay and operates from -40°C to +105°C. It is RoHS compliant and meets UL60950 creepage requirements.
