The ISL43144IR is a quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for low-voltage applications, operating from a single supply voltage of +2V to +12V or a dual supply of ¬±2V to ¬±6V. It features four normally open switches, making it suitable for various applications including battery-powered devices, communication systems, and audio/video switching. The device boasts low power consumption of less than 1¬µW and low off leakage current, with a maximum of 2.5nA at 85¬8C. Fast switching speeds are achieved with a turn-on time (tON) of 52ns and a turn-off time (tOFF) of 40ns. The ISL43144IR also ensures signal integrity with a maximum on-resistance (RON) of 25Oc and channel-to-channel mismatch of less than 1Oc. It is compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels and provides a minimum of 2000V ESD protection. The product is available in a 16-lead QFN package, making it suitable for compact designs.
