The IDT2308A-1DCI8 is a high-speed phase-lock loop (PLL) clock multiplier designed for clock distribution applications with operating frequencies ranging from 10MHz to 133MHz. It features two banks of four outputs, each with separate output enable controls, allowing for flexible clock distribution. The device achieves zero delay by aligning the phase of the incoming clock with the output clock, and it has an output skew of less than 200 ps and low jitter of less than 200 ps cycle-to-cycle. The IDT2308A-1DCI8 operates at a supply voltage of 3.3V and does not require an external RC network. It can enter a power-down mode, drawing less than 12µA for commercial temperature ranges and less than 25µA for industrial ranges. The device is available in both SOIC and TSSOP packages, making it suitable for various applications, including SDRAM, telecom, and datacom systems.
