The ICS1893CF is a low-power, integrated physical-layer device (PHY) designed for 10Base-T and 100Base-TX Ethernet applications, compliant with ISO/IEC 8802-3 standards. It features Auto-MDIX for automatic crossover correction, making it suitable for various node applications. The device operates with a single 3.3V power supply and supports both half- and full-duplex modes at data rates of 10 Mbps and 100 Mbps. Incorporating digital signal processing (DSP) technology, the ICS1893CF can transmit and receive data over unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) category 5 cables with significant attenuation capabilities.
