The F1701NBGI is a Zero-Distortion,Ñ¢ Lowband RF to IF Single Downconverting Mixer designed for operation in Multi-mode, Multi-carrier BaseStation Receivers. It operates over a frequency range of 600MHz to 1060MHz and supports IF frequencies from 70MHz to 300MHz. The device is optimized for use with a single 5V supply and offers a nominal output IP3 of +43dBm when using highside LO, with a typical gain of 11.8dB and a noise figure of 9.2dB. This mixer features both lowside and highside local oscillator (LO) injection options, making it versatile for various applications. It has a 200 Oc output impedance and is capable of directly driving an ADC for digital pre-distortion (DPD) applications, eliminating the need for additional amplification stages.
