The IDT8N4DV85 is a dual-frequency programmable voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) designed for high-performance applications. It operates within a frequency range of 15.476 MHz to 866.67 MHz and 975 MHz to 1.3 GHz, with a frequency programming resolution of 218 Hz or better. The device utilizes fourth generation FemtoClock® NG technology, ensuring low phase noise and high clock frequency performance. This VCXO can be powered by either a 2.5V or 3.3V supply and is housed in a compact 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm. It features a programmable absolute pull range (APR) from ±4.5 to ±754.5 ppm and includes a differential LVDS clock output. The device supports an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for wireless infrastructure and telecommunication applications.
