The IDT8N3SV75 is a programmable LVPECL voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) that offers flexible frequency programming capabilities. It operates within a frequency range of 15.476MHz to 866.67MHz and from 975MHz to 1,300MHz, with a frequency programming resolution of 218Hz or better. The device utilizes IDT's fourth generation FemtoClock¬Æ NG technology, ensuring high clock frequency and low phase noise performance. This VCXO can be factory-programmed for specific frequencies and features an absolute pull range that is programmable from ¬±4.5ppm to ¬±754.5ppm. It supports a supply voltage of either 2.5V or 3.3V and is housed in a compact, lead-free 6-lead ceramic package measuring 5mm x 7mm x 1.55mm.
