Quick Release Pins are used in applications where a positive stop is desired. The shoulder prevents the pin from being inserted all the way to the handle. Pins will not release until the button is pushed, causing the balls at the end of the pin to retract for insertion and removal of the pin. . DARS-035A. Spindle and shank are made from heat treated 4130 alloy. Stainless steel is 17-4 PH. Ring is included for easy lanyard attachment. It meets or exceeds NASM 23460 and MS17988 specifications.
