Series GD100 Ground Hollow Dowels are precision alignment components designed as direct replacements for ISO 8734 standard solid dowels, featuring a hollow design for weight reduction and internal clearance for bolts, fluids, or gases. They are manufactured from low carbon steel with a plain, oiled finish, and maintain outside diameter tolerances within 20 µm and a surface finish of 1.6 µm maximum. The roll-formed construction provides cost savings over solid dowels. Standard nominal diameters range from 6 mm to 16 mm, with corresponding wall thicknesses and recommended hole sizes defined for m6 and H7 fits. All dimensions are in millimeters.
