QBM-35/14-SS30M is a halogen-free, heat-shrinkable medium voltage insulation tubing rated for 11-24 kV, with a 2.5:1 shrink ratio, designed to enhance bus bar insulation in switchgear and substations. It has an as-supplied inside diameter of 35 mm, a recovered inside diameter of 14 mm, and a minimum wall thickness of 2.0 mm in flat form. The tubing is supplied in 30-meter continuous lengths. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 110°C. It meets RoHS compliance, has dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, tensile strength exceeding 11.8 MPa, and passes flammability testing with an oxygen index above 25. The product is certified for no copper corrosion and no cracking under cold bend conditions at -40°C.
