The QADB-300 Series is a 300-watt desktop power supply using Gallium Nitride FET technology, designed for ITE and medical applications. It features a universal AC input range of 100-240VAC, 250kHz switching frequency, and efficiency up to 95%, meeting CoC, DoE Level VI, Energy Star, ERP Stage 2, NRCan, and GEMS Level VI standards. The unit provides single DC outputs from 12V to 56V, with output protections including OVP, SCP, OCP, and OTP, and no-load consumption below 0.15W. It complies with IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 (Edition 3.1) and IEC/EN/ANSI/AAMI HA60601-1-11 (Class II only), with 2 x MOPP isolation and touch current below 100µA. The package measures 183 x 85 x 35mm and weighs 1000g, operating reliably from 0°C to 40°C. Derating begins above 40°C ambient temperature. The product carries a two-year warranty.
