Q2-Z thin wall heat shrink tubing is a flame-retardant, environmentally friendly product with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and wire harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC. It complies with Sony SS-00259 and RoHS, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 10 ppm. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The 40mm as-supplied diameter reduces to 20mm after recovery, with a wall thickness of 1.00mm post-recovery and 100m standard length per reel.
