Q2-Z-3-05-SS100FT is a 2:1 shrink ratio thin-wall heat shrink tubing designed for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. It has an as-supplied inner diameter of 3.2 mm and a recovered inner diameter of 1.6 mm with a wall thickness of 0.44 mm. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. It meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and complies with RoHS and Sony SS-00259. The material contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, with cadmium below 5 ppm and lead below 10 ppm. Standard color is black. Packaging is 100 feet per spool.
