Q2-Z is a thin-wall, flame-retardant heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, designed for insulation, strain relief, and wire harnessing in automotive and electronics applications. It operates from -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, carries VW-1 flammability rating, and withstands 600V AC for one minute. It is RoHS compliant, contains no PBB, PBBO, or PBBE, and has cadmium and lead contents below 5 ppm and 10 ppm respectively. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. The part number Q2-Z-1 1/4-01-MS50FT corresponds to a 1.25-inch inside diameter when recovered, with a 1.20 mm wall thickness, supplied in 50-foot lengths, consistent with the Q2-Z series specifications.
