Thin wall heat shrink tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio for insulation, strain relief, and harnessing in electronics and automotive applications. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. Meets UL 224 and CSA 22.2 standards, is VW-1 flame rated, and withstands 600V AC. RoHS compliant and free of PBB, PBBO, and PBBE, with cadmium content below 5 ppm and lead content below 10 ppm. Standard colors are black, red, blue, yellow, green, and white. As supplied, inside diameter is 1.0 mm with wall thickness of 0.50 mm; after recovery, inside diameter is 0.50 mm with wall thickness of 0.33 mm. Packaged in 200-meter lengths.
