Q2-HF is a thin-wall, heat-shrinkable tubing with a 2:1 shrink ratio, made from halogen-free, flame-retardant material suitable for electronics, communications, and automotive applications. It operates from -55°C to +105°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets UL VW-1 flammability requirements, has a dielectric strength greater than 20 kV/mm, and is RoHS compliant. Standard colors are black and white. Dimensions for the 25 mm as-supplied diameter correspond to a 12.5 mm recovered inside diameter and 0.80 mm wall thickness, with 50 meters per spool.
