Q2-F thin wall heat shrink tubing offers a 2:1 shrink ratio for electrical insulation and protection of in-line components, terminals, and splices. It operates from -55°C to +135°C with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards, is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, and RoHS compliant. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead. For the 5/16 inch nominal size, the inside diameter is 8.0 mm before shrinking and 4.0 mm after recovery, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.62 mm. It is supplied on 100-foot spools.
