Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and mechanical protection for wires, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, shrinks fully at 100°C, and meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259 standards. The tubing is VW-1 flame retardant, rated for 600V, RoHS compliant, and free of lead, cadmium, and brominated flame retardants. The 4mm inside diameter (after recovery) variant has a 50.8mm outer diameter before shrink, 1.35mm minimum wall thickness, and is supplied on 100-foot spools. Standard colors include black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear.
