Q2-F series thin wall heat shrink tubing provides electrical insulation and protection for in-line components, terminals, and splices with a 2:1 shrink ratio. It operates from -55°C to +135°C, with a minimum shrink temperature of 70°C and full recovery at 100°C. The tubing meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/5 Class 1 & 3 and Sony-SS-00259, and is rated for 600V with VW-1 flammability compliance. Material is free of PBBs, PBBOs, PBBEs, cadmium, and lead, and is RoHS compliant. Available in standard colors including black, red, blue, yellow, green, white, and clear. The part Q2-F-1/2-02-MS100FT corresponds to a 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) inside diameter before shrinking, with 0.62 mm wall thickness after recovery, supplied on a 100-foot spool.
