This variant of our 8590 series features the standard, 3-prong, GB 15934-2008 Chinese Plug (Former GB 2099) with the IEC-60320-C13 Connector with the Safety Lock Device.
These power cords are the standard cords used for monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, sound systems, and many more devices & appliances which use the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. This is the Chinese equivalent of the 2500 series, the North American PC Power Cord.
Safety Lock Devices are a semi-permanent form of cable retention, of which the purpose is to prevent unintentional disconnection of devices. Semi-permanent means the connector can be removed at-will, without the aid of tools, but will not detach by accident. The device is formed by a harness that clips onto the C13 mold and snaps into the inlet mounting plate.
