Our 5528 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with the NEMA 5-15R Triple Tap (NEMA 5-15R x 3).
These North American cords are the recommended cords used to connect several devices, appliances, and electronics to a power source. On one end, these cords plug directly into any standard NEMA wall outlet or receptacle, and on the other, the triple tap mold accomodates any 3 NEMA 5-15P style plugs. Because these cords power 3 devices while only using 1 outlet, we refer to them as space-savers.
