Our 4003 series features the standard, domestic, 3-prong, North American Plug (NEMA 5-15P) with a 4-splitter (Hydra) that has the IEC-60320-C13 Connector, the IEC-60320-C19 Connector and two (2) NEMA 5-15R Receptacles. These multi-leg North American power cords are the recommended cords for powering networking or computing equipment. The IEC-60320-C13 connector can power any appliance or device that has the IEC-60320-C14 inlet, which may include monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, and sound systems. The IEC-60320-C19 connector can power anything that has the IEC-60320-C20 inlet, which includes PDUs, servers, and UPSs. This cord also has NEMA 5-15R receptacles (x2) which can provide power to any electronic equipment using the NEMA 5-15P. The plug end connects to any standard NEMA wall outlet or receptacle, and these are considered space-savers because they provide power to 4 devices while only using 1 outlet. A Fan Head connector provides power to fans that cool servers or other rack-mounted components. Fan heads that are molded into a plug act as connectors, even though they are technically part of a plug formation. The 4003.052F carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 15A - 125V.
