Quail Electronics IEC-60320-C14 INLET to IEC-60320-C13 RIGHT ANGLE HOME // Power Cords // IEC/Jumper Power Cords // Universal 3514.024S

Description
This variant of our 3514 series features the IEC-60320-C14 Inlet with the Right Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector. Referred to as Universal Power Cords, these cables have the unique distinction of being tri-rated since they carry the UL, C-UL and VDE approvals. That means these cords are approved for use in domestic North American markets and for use internationally. Quail Electronics is proud to be the only producer of truly universal power cords. These Universal Jumper Cords feature the IEC-60320-C14 Snap-in Inlet which usually connects to a power distribution unit (PDU) via a network patch cable and then to a cabinet or rack-mounted server using the Right Angle IEC-60320-C13 Connector. This variant of the 3514 series allows you to clear space for airflow, maintain an unobstructed exhaust port, and increase the life and operational capacity of your equipment. These IEC power cords are the recommended Jumper Cables (or Network Patch Cables) used for servers, networking equipment, and telecommunications equipment. Other applications include monitors, computers, printers, scanners, TVs, and sound systems, and any devices or appliances that have the IEC-60320-C14 inlet. The plug end connects to any C13 connector, and this could be considered an extension cord since it extends the range (length) at which you may power your components. The inlet is a male configuration that is ideal for mounting on a device, or otherwise installing into your equipment. The snap-in configuration of this part makes it ideal for your custom design. This right angle power cord is ideal for use in confined spaces because it eliminates stress placed on the conductors and strain relief. The definition of a right angle connector is that when facing the equipment with the connector installed ground-pin-up, the cord trails away to your right-hand side. The 3514.024S carries the UL, C-UL, and VDE approvals and is rated at 10A - 250V.
