Our 0555 series features the 3-prong, North American NEMA 6-15P Plug with a 2-splitter (Y-Cord) that has two (2) IEC-60320-C7 Connectors. These Heavy Duty Power Cords feature plugs and/or connectors that are rated for high voltage and high current use, and are most often on large gauge wire. They can be used with heavy machinery as well as networking equipment (PDUs, Servers, UPSs ?) These North American power cords are the recommended cords for powering any 2 (un-grounded) laptops, notebooks, stereos, game consoles, electric razors, and devices that require 250V. On one end they plug into any North American NEMA 6-15R outlet or receptacle, and on the other they connect to any 2 devices using the IEC-60320-C8 Inlet. These can be referred to as space-saver cords because they power 2 devices while only using 1 outlet. The IEC-60320-C7 is also referred to as the Figure-8 connector. The 0555.054 carries the UL and C-UL approvals and is rated at 10A - 250V.
