Qorvo 5-12 GHz Low Noise Amplifier CMD309

Qorvo's CMD309 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for microwave radios and C and X-band applications where high gain, low noise figure and low power consumption are needed. At 8 GHz the device delivers greater than 29 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +13 dBm and a noise figure of 1.3 dB. The CMD309 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD309 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
