The Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum Trivac B are oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps. Oil which is injected into the pump chamber is used for sealing, lubrication and cooling purposes. The pump body is assembled from individual parts without sealing components. The parts are pinned in order to ensure easy disassembly and reassembly of the parts. The pumps are equipped either with single or three-phase AC motors. If the requested voltage is not in stock then we will purchase a new motor and split the cost with you. They run on various vacuum pump oils. We also offer repair service.
