The SI100 has a Peltier baffle for low levels of backstreaming and good pumping speed for helium and hydrogen.
Standard Diffstak pumps have integral high vacuum valves and water-cooled baffles. These valves are either manually operated (-M model pumps) or pneumatically operated (-P models).
The cryo-cooled versions (CR- models) have a liquid nitrogen-cooled baffle and are intended for pumping heavy vapour loads.
