The P9 Series Quarter-Turn Electric Actuator from ProMation Engineering, Inc. is designed to handle torque requirements ranging from 17,500 lbs to 22,000 lbs (2000 Nm to 2500 Nm). It operates on supply voltages of 120VAC or 230VAC, with a maximum inrush current of 5.8A for the 120VAC model and 4.0A for the 230VAC model. The actuator features a split-phase capacitor motor with a runtime of 58 seconds for a 90-degree rotation at 60Hz and 70 seconds at 50Hz. It has a duty cycle of 25% and can manage up to 1200 motor starts per hour. The actuator is constructed from aluminum alloy with a powder-coated finish, providing a NEMA 4/4X environmental rating. It includes two auxiliary switches, an internal low power heater, and a manual override handwheel. The mechanical connections comply with ISO5211 standards, and the actuator supports both on/off and proportional control options. It operates effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -22¬8F to +125¬8F (-30¬8C to +52¬8C).
