Progressive Surface Ultra High Pressure Water Jet Stripping System Copier Roll Rubber Removal

This system utilizes ultra high pressure water jet cleaning to strip rubber coatings from copier rolls to reclaim aluminum cores for re-coating. The water jet stripping system robotically loads and processes two rolls with each cycle. The load door actuation, part chucking, nozzle motion, and process parameters are all CNC controlled. The water jet system was supplied with a custom water reclaim system designed to handle large volumes of waste rubber.
