The Powerstar UPS PS3200rm2uSS is a true online double conversion UPS designed for shipboard applications, providing 2KVA (1800W) output capacity. The unit includes a manual UPS Master Bypass switch for direct input to output connection in case of catastrophic failure, as well as an Automatic Dynamic Bypass that activates during overload or UPS failure. This protects the plugs and allows room for the plugs on shallow depth 20"deep cabinets. The new chassis protects the power outlets. Also located in the back is a UPS Master Bypass switch (optional). The Master Bypass is a manual switch that can be used in case even the Dynamic Bypass was to fail or unit is not in Sync to Mains Mode. "Emergency Power OFF" contacts are located on rear of unit. You can attach external contacts to EPO with a low current switch and the UPS output is disabled when contacts are closed. Standard batteries rated 5 year 0° to 40°C.
