The PM100CLA120 is a three-phase IGBT inverter module rated for 100 amperes and 1200 volts, designed for power switching applications up to 20 kHz with integrated gate drive and protection circuits. It is housed in a module measuring 135.0 mm by 110 mm with an M5 mounting configuration and weighs 800 grams. The device features isolation of 2500 volts AC for one minute, junction temperature operation from -20°C to 150°C, and built-in protection against short circuit, over temperature (trip at 135-155°C), and under voltage (trip at 11.5-12.5 V). Thermal resistance is 0.21 °C/W for the IGBT and 0.34 °C/W for the free-wheel diode per one-sixth module. The module meets the IEC 60286-3 standard for mounting and is RoHS compliant.
