The 67-1-C-12/5 is a 12 V coil, single-pole double-throw high voltage dry reed relay in a PCB mount configuration, part of the Series 67 range designed for switching up to 2.5 kV at 100 W with a maximum switching current of 3 A. It features tungsten-plated contacts, an internal mu-metal magnetic screen, and a plastic encapsulated package. The coil resistance is 150 Ω at 25 °C, with operate and release times of 6 ms and 6 ms respectively. The relay meets the Series 67 specification for stand-off voltage up to 5 kV and supports switching voltages up to 2.5 kV for resistive loads. Capacitance across the open switch is 0.15 pF, and insulation resistance is 10¹⁰ Ω. The operating temperature range is -20 °C to +85 °C.
