The 65-1-B-12/2 is a single-pole normally closed high-voltage dry reed relay for printed circuit board mounting, operating at 12 V with a coil resistance of 150 Ω. It switches up to 7.5 kV at 50 W resistive load with a maximum contact current of 3 A. Contacts are tungsten-plated for long life, and capacitance across the open switch is 0.15 pF. The relay is magnetically biased with polarity-sensitive coil connections marked by a red spot and requires at least 38 mm clearance from ferrous surfaces or adjacent relays. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +85°C. Life expectancy reaches 10⁶ operations at maximum load. The relay is fully sealed and complies with a 270°C soldering limit for 10 seconds.
