The 120-1-A-5/2 is a single pole, normally open reed relay in the Series 120, designed for high-density switching applications such as A.T.E. systems. It features a 5 V coil, a low-level sputtered ruthenium switch rated for 10 W at 200 V and 0.5 A switching current, and operates with a maximum contact resistance of 0.18 Ω. The relay is housed in a plastic package with an internal mu-metal magnetic screen, enabling a 4 mm × 4 mm footprint and stacking on a 4 mm pitch. It has a switch-to-coil insulation resistance greater than 10¹² Ω and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to +85 °C. The device has pins on a 2 mm square pitch and is compatible with through-hole mounting. Capacitance across the open switch is 0.14 pF, and contact bounce time is 0.2 ms.
